WestJet system is unable to correctly process my last name and does not let me check in online. As a result I couldn’t sit with my husband. This is the only airline that can’t process two last names.

I like the fact that all the flights were on time. That was a plus, and I was given sufficient time between flights to connect . I wasn't too impressed with the way they scanned us into board. They scanned us in only to have us line-up in a hallway because they weren't ready to let us on the plane yet, I don't think they should have did that. Should have called us when they were actually ready to board the plane, but other than that good experience.
