Cons: food

Pros: The crew was very attentive and our seats in Prestige class were very comfortable.
Cons: The entertainment options were meager at best.
Reviews
Pros: The crew was super helpful and amazing! Comfortable seats and plenty of space for someone my size to sit (5’4”).
Cons: The only thing that I think could be better is the entertainment. I had a hard time figuring out how to use the screen on the aircraft but the selection of shows was good.

Cons: Seat space
Reviews
Pros: When I asked for a seat change the crew was very accommodating
Cons: With covid in Seattle I was placed next to a restroom. I did not see any bathroom sanitation occurring during the flight, and no sanitizer available anywhere.
Reviews
Pros: I love china and china east air, its my favorite!
Cons: Everything was good, better boarding lines, people get worked up when lining up
Reviews
Cons: This is just a poor airline in which I will never fly on again. I will blame it a lot on miscommunication but seats are horrible and need way for cushion especially if you are on a 11 hour flight.
Reviews
Cons: Everything was excellent. Left Bangkok on time and arrived slightly early but that’s good. Food was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly
Reviews
Pros: I volunteered when flight attendant asked if I would help in exit row responsibility.
Cons: I got SSSS on my boarding pass and was subjected to not one but TWO thorough searches at NRT and DFW!!! It was traumatic for me and when an explosives man came up, I was totally upset!!! Please explain what I did in purchasing the ticket that flagged me for this horrible search!!!
