Flight was good. Always a little more organization at the boarding area would be great. But flight was comfortable arrived on time. Worth doing again!!!!

I got a free upgrade to business class. Lots of leg room. And the seat next to me was empty. So on a 10.5 hour flight that was a big help and a big deal.

Terrible customer service at check-in. Agent assigned my seating to economy when I already had premium economy assigned. She only corrected seating after presenting my confirmation receipt. She did the same for my parents seating , even after paying $300 for select seating. She also switched my elderly disabled parents in the middle and even separated them. After presenting my confirmation receipt, she corrected the issue, but only after 20 minutes of haggling. Luckily, the flight was delayed for over 2 hours so we could work this issue out. Very disappointed with this Kayak and Philippine Airline travel experience. This was the first time using Kayak, will use regular travel agent on next travel plans from here on forward.
