Pros: Good crew and comfy seating
Cons: More food selection and some entertainment.
Cons: Was very late. Could not sort out simple boarding issues
Cons: Be on time!
Cons: Our flight was delayed two hours. We arrived safe but still, the delay creates such an impact on traveler’s plans. AA didn’t even offer bonus miles.
Cons: Lots of time waiting to disembark. Some free snacks would be nice to.
Cons: Flight was delayed 2hrs.
Pros: Indifferent crew and confused/disorganised service!
Cons: Crew needs to be more engaging and helpful...
Pros: All service from check in to boarding was just ok.
Cons: Checking in was annoying. Got to the airport and people seemed positively confused about having to tag their own bags. Granted when I finally got to the kiosk, I went through in a short amount of time but I’m not sure of the benefit as I knew I would need an assistant to review my documents.
Pros: Fly attendants have no knowledge of hospitality. They arguing with customers and refusing to assist, blaming on company policies. My friends were assigned seats next to a toilet. No folding options. One of our friends has a back pain problems and got stuck for 5 hours. There were seats available upfront and Manager Gina could simply change our seats instead of dry “there is nothing I can do” I am not recommending this airline.
Pros: The seat was comfortable.
Cons: All my cards got declined!!! I couldn’t board on the plain. I almost missed my flight. Worst experience of my life.
