The cabin temperature was a bit chilly. Food was great. The Flight Assistant was the hardest working one I've ever seen since I started flying in 73.

The seats are incredibly cramped for a business class product. Small tv screen and little flexibility to recline/get comfortable. A larger passenger would struggle to be there for 10 hours.

Waiting room at the gate was very warm. The overall experience on their Dreamliner was very good. The crew were all fantastic.
