British Airways did not nickel and dime like some airlines they did not charge for the pillow for the blanket they did not charge for water juice they did not charge for scotch they did not charge for the food and when it turned out some seats next to mine were empty they said I could lie down on them just keep my feet on the floor. I have never had an accommodating obliging just nice service ever since ward air went bankrupt

We were delayed by 5 hours and sat on plane for over 3 hours before taking off. Additionally my baggage arrived damaged and cracked due to mishandling. Very disappointed

Food is really horrible. BA cabine layout that looks like BA A380 are the worst business class seating on any airline I used. Layout on outbound flight A350 was excellent. Apart from this crew was fantastic & fairly comfortable seating/bed.

5 or 6 Brits about 30 were gambling MONEY & talking loud for more than 6 hours so we couldn’t sleep & arrived in LAS totally exhausted. Flight attendants did nothing to keep them quiet. I am sure it is a criminal offense to gamble money in a commercial airline.
