The charging ports aren't powerful. I had a party of 4 and none of us could charge our devices. For a 7+ hour trip that is problematic. Also BA didn't have the equivalent of extra legroom seats. From a price perspective my options were business class and then standard. Would be good if they had that extra space seat option for folks whose budgets are in the middle.

British airways were fine but being stuck in the back three seats with no windows was uncomfortable and the seats didn’t recline much. The seats over all for an 8 hour flight are way too small. Tall people are unable to sit with their knees in front of them.

The delay from London to Pittsburgh was two hours which kept getting pushed back in 15-20 minute increments. However, the frequent updates were helpful.
