Cons: Great crew and smooth ride
Cons: Was very late. Could not sort out simple boarding issues
Pros: Flight connections,
Cons: The seating was cramped, no entrainment package.
Pros: the scheduled time offers, the fast boarding time
Cons: offer lactose intolerance snacks
Pros: Not so many passengers so we're all spread out and enjoyed the space and privacy. Got free upgrade to Premier Plus.
Cons: There flight was a bit on the long end (9.5 hours). There was at least one baby crying pretty much most of the flight.
Pros: Crew was good
Cons: Montreal airport was awful
Cons: The boarding announcement speaker was broken, so the flight attendants needed to yell out.
Pros: The gate crew made several announcements about face mask requirements.
Cons: Once boarding began, there was no attention paid to distancing guidelines. I never heard anyone being directly reprimanded or corrected for not wearing a mask or not covering their nose while boarding or walking around the cabin. I was very surprised to find out the flight was 100% full. Every seat was filled. I thought airlines were taking precautions to provide space for passengers by leaving some seats empty. I felt very unsafe flying in a 100% full flight where no control for masks was taking place. This was my first time flying during COVID and I had thought airlines were doing more to instill trust in customers to keep customers flying but I will not be flying again until COVID is over as I did not see precautions keeping customers safe.
Pros: On time flights
Cons: The customer service of the flight crew and ground crew of interjet was terrible.
Cons: Baggage allowance is lower than most other airlines
