The car rented to me had mechanical issues half way thru trip and had to be exchanged. Terrible. Asked for a partial refund and have heard nothing. Lost 4 days of vacation time because of mechanical issues.

I do not understand why I need to pay extra when returning auto to different location when thy stick you with a unit that has license plate of the country that the car is returned too I will be reporting this to the better business bureau

The company was closed at our reserved pickup time. When we called a near by location they gave cancelled our reservation because they could contact me by phone… probably because I was on the plane at that time.
