Got good deal from Kayak well done team, just had a horrible experience with the dealer, starting the office looked like back in 1970s 2 old guys sitting in a middle of litter papers everywhere, litter and was very messy in general, both of them smoking inside was smelling cigarettes very badly my kid could not sit inside, quick short story, car was just ok lots of scratches on all bodywork, I showed him all of them he wasn't too happy, then he asked where I will keep the car overnight I told him at the car park of the hotel, he asked me what hotel I am staying I told him without thinking about any bad, then on the morning of the returning car I found that drivers mirror just glass was missing someone robbed, when I dropped the car showed him that the mirror was robbed, he made quick phone call and after that started demanding cash, looked like he new very well what's happened and he done this number of times, I was arguing with him that insurance will cover the theft, he wouldnt listen and still was demanding money it's not alot but still he wanted 50quid, that was escalated to he threatened with the police I wanted badly for the police to be involved, but they are probably busy with the bigger stuff. At the end of arguing over 1hour we agreed 25 quid he still wanted cash, as I didn't had any cash he charged me 30 euros by card🤦🤦🤦 he said that extra 5 euros is tax for the credit card machine, pure scam stay away from this place worst experience I ever had on any car rentals I had in the past 15 years.

Rude staff members and vehicles that are falling apart. I will never book a car with them again!
Rude agent at airport counter, rent a UTV from the town stores, a lot more fun in Mykonos + easier go places

Thankfully, the counter agent appropriately recommended an upgrade from what I had selected online and gave good reasoning. The manual transmission gasoline vehicle I had requested would have been ok, but for that location, she recommended what I learned was the ideal vehicle: a more powerful electric (no gas charge!) automatic (hydrostatic?) transmission vehicle--perfect for those driving conditions. Thank you, ma'am, for making our visit to and travels around Mykonos much better!

Exterior of car was pretty beat up already so make sure to mark off every scratch and dent you see or they’ll try to make you pay for it when you drop it off. My car also came with an empty tank. Literally at 0 percent. It was supposed to be 5/8th full. So the first thing I had to do was drive straight to the gas station. After dropping off the car the lady at the hertz counter was extremely rude and said that they don’t give any sort of money back. She didn’t even want to listen to the fact that I received the car empty. She didn’t even want to give me credit for the 5/8th gas they were supposed to give in the first place. Overall really crappy service. Give your business elsewhere.

Great, brand new car in great condition. Great customer service.
Love the location of this service provider, as well as the very friendly and helpful staff. I wish these rental companies provided more options for cars with automatic transmission. The price for these types of cars results in a premium as there are not enough of them available for rent.

I went for the economy option, and that’s what I got. It wasn’t a luxurious ride, but it got me where I needed to go, and that was just fine. Most importantly, the process was east and they didn’t pull any nasty surprises on me. I would use them again.

I reserved an VW EOS, or "equivalent" - they told me to take a Mini Cooper. We're a family of 4, with 4 suitcases. Obviously, this wasn't going to happen. No more AVIS for us!
