Everything apart from pickup was great. We had to spend 1.5 hours standing in line to pick the car up. Out of 4 available stands in the Hertz office only 1 was open. There were multiple other car rental companies in the same location and Hertz seemed to be the only one to have such a long queue.

DO NOT RENT THERE! We had to wait for at least one hour in line to get the car. Car had no washing liquid. A 50 € fee was charged for a bit of sand, which is totally normal when you rent a car on an island. I rented cars everywhere on earth and never had a cleaning fee. This is a scam. The employee was extremely rude and did not want to give me his name. Which employee does not give his name? He has a crown tattoo on his arm. Because he did not want to give me his name I took a picture of him. He got very mad and told me he would call the police if I don’t delete the picture. He them asked me to verify my phone to make sure the picture was deleted. He told me multiple times he will call the police. But still didn’t want to give me his name. Not sure why he wanted to stay anonymous. SCAM SCAM SCAM. He was extremely rude. Extremely bad customer service. My job is not to clean a car when I rent one. We used the car in a normal way. There is a reason why they have such a low rating. I asked to talk with the manage and he told me he was the manager without giving me his name…. I worked in customer service for years this employee is very rude and should be fired. Please don’t go there. Ceci est pas première google review. Je n’écris jamais de commentaires mais cette fois ci j’ai reçu le pire service à la clientèle . Lors de l’arrivée ils nous ont fait attendre minimum une heure pour récupérer l’auto . Très mauvais service et pas efficace du tout. L’auto n’avait pas de liquide lave glace. Un frais malhonnête de 50€ à été chargé pour un peu de sable dans l’auto sur les tapis. C’est du vol! Je n’ai jamais été chargé pour un nettoyage et j’ai loué des autos partout sur terre. L’employer ne voulait pas me donner son nom. Je sais pas ce qu’ils apprennent chez Hertz sur le service à la clientèle mais il faut donner som nom au client ….L’employer voulait rester anonyme et je trouvais ça louche alors je l’ai pris en photo. Ce qu’il la rendu très fâché. Il s’est empressé de me dire qu’il allait appeler la police si je supprimais pas sa photo. Il a voulu vérifier personnellement dans mon cellulaire mes photos et mes photos supprimées. L’employer en question à une couronne tatouée sur le bras. J’ai demandé de parler au manager. Il m’a répondu qu’il était le manager sans me donner son nom…. Il n’a pas voulu me donner le nom de son vrai manager ou numéro de téléphone. J’ai dû insister.
