Cons: On long flights, the seats need to be more comfortable and there needs to be more entertainment options. Also was not sure why we could not book seats even though we booked tickets in October.
Cons: Delay killed my travel plans and resulted in a nine hour layover in Munich Germany!
Pros: Great crew, clean plane
Cons: Plane was late getting in so boarding was an hour late
Pros: Crew from Washington to Cancún were extremely rude
Cons: Breakfast could have been better
Pros: No , blankets .
Cons: Cleaner restrooms, blankets and verbal offers
Pros: The crew was average
Cons: It was an average flight ... nothing to complain about !
Cons: failed to give credit for cancel flight.
Pros: WAS OK BUT NEED BETTER PILLOWS
Pros: The "Forward seats" are advertised on airline documents for $20 on regional flight. MNL-SGN is definitely a regional flight, but they charged me $50 for the one seat choice. The comfort is definitely much better. I had guessed it was worth the 20 dollars, but 50 seems a rip-off.
