I called earlier that morning to confirm rental was available (actual vehicle I needed). I was told I had no reservation and they already rented all 7 passenger vehicles. It was funny how the person on the phone stated I had no reservation but he sure knew I was supposed to "pick up" at 11:00 am. He was also rude on the phone and asked me to call back instead of them taking care of the customer. NEVER renting from this Budget location again.

When picked up car tank of gas wasn’t full and the key fob didn’t work. Found out about key fob when I got out and locked car and couldn’t get back in. Found out about gas because original start amount was 302 miles. When I filled up stated there was 425 miles available.
We rented a car online, paid for an Uber to the location and were told there were no cars. I even called to confirm the rental just Imad there were no cars.

It was not good. The 1st car they gave me had dents all over. The rims were ground down on one side of the vehicle. The front bumper was crunched. They would not give me my free upgrade or my AARP discount. They said they could give ne a downgrade which I refused. I was disappointed and the girls at the rental counter laughed at me when I left. I ended up having to go to another location after speaking with an Avis customer service rep due to a bubble in the driver's side front wheel on the sidewall where they again would not give me the upgrade and made me take the car across the street to vacuum it out because of dog hair which I did not have a dog in the car. I am a senior citizen recovering from back surgery. They then gave me the same car only newer which was a plus. They said customer service dud not know what they were talking about when they said I could have my free upgrade. The whole experience was unpleasant.

Pick up - car wasn't cleaned. I suggested a discount - the answer was basically take it or leave it. Perhaps Avis should offer a voucher for a car wash in this situation. Return - vehicle needed an oil change in the middle of my trip (total of 2000 miles) so I had the oil change done. Upon return the attendant happily/nicely deducted the cost of the oil change from my rental fees.

The car was in poor condition. Front tires were overdue to be replaced. Rear wheel bearing noise. Interior panels not clean. Windshield still had bugs from last user. The car rattled At 53k this car rode like a rebuilt wreck. Pickup was poor. No choice on another auto despite being prepaid. Drop off was only good experience and that was excellent.

The thrifty desk did not have the van I had booked, but instead had me registetred for a minivan - which was a completely different class of car and rate. The thrifty desk would not honor the reservation or the rate. I wound up not being able to transport everything I had intended as a result. Incredibly disappointing

They did not have a car ready. Would have had to wait 2 hours. I heard a gentleman say he had been there 3.5 hours. Got a car someplace else. The workers wee great, professional and kept their cool. Not having a car ready was the issue.

Car was given to me with fuel beeing empty. I realized it after I had left already. Front tires was borderline. Car had only 2000 miles left before oil service would have been required. We drove almost 3000.

Pickup experience was awful. They told me there was a 5 hour wait for my car, even though I had a reservation (other people had been waiting almost 6 hours). The people at the counter weren't really explaining what was going on at first. Since I was not prepared for the 6 hour wait I left to eat and get a power bank for my phone. I got back hours before my expected time but they implied they gave away my car because I wasn't there and had to start my wait again. Even though I had been there on time and they were the ones who were late. Also I had already paid! The absolute least they could have done was call me and alert me to return and held my car unless I did not. Overall I had to wait about 4.5 hours.
Quick, easy checkout and the car was clean, ready and in excellent condition. Highly recommend their service.

The customer service was great. Pick up and drop off were smooth. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the vehicle, which I had them to reclean. Once I left with the vehicle it displayed that an oil change was needed and the tire pressure was not even on all tires. That concerned me because I was on the way to a destination and did not want to have mechanical issues.

Alamo staff, particularly Josh and the managers, went above and beyond to help me. They very promptly returned an item that I had left in the car. It was returned via FedEx and they quickly and kindly addressed my concerns about the return of the item. I am very grateful.

Good vehicle (an upgrade). It was a little pricier than i would lilke.
Wanted a car to pick up at the airport, instead had to take a taxi into the city during rush hour. Cost me an extra $100.00. Never use Kayak again.

I was searching Kayak for car rentals at Atlanta airport. Sixt was suggested as the best option. Only after booking I found that the rental location was on the other end of the city. It is unbelievable that I was tricked into renting a car at the other end of the town. A confirmation email from Kayak said I would receive an email from Sixt with support information. I received no communication from Sixt and could not access their support. Finally, I did not pick up the car and was charged the total amount by Sixt. This is unbelievable. I hope that you can help me get the refund.

I requested a car from Atlanta Airport. When I arrived at the counter in the airport I was told I had rented from the sixt location 20 minutes away. When I arrived there by Uber which was an extra $35. There were some other people who had the same experience. To compound the problem they didn't have the car I ordered, a BMW X3 and could only offer a Chevy Malibu, which as I was already late I had to take. Overall a really bad experience and with no one to talk to at priceline there is nothing I can do except stop using this service.
