We had to arrange our own rental replacement as the first one broke down. Budget were the best offer from Lawton, OK that would get us to Dallas, TX. The Kia Sorento was a great option from our original rental which made the rest of our roadtrip enjoyable. Was disappointed that the service at Lawton Airport was slow as you still use an extremely old booking system and a dot matrix printer!

They rented the car that I had reserved, and did not have an option for me. I was left scrambling to get another rental from another company in town 1hr before I was to leave on my trip.

The people at this location were some of the most rude I have ever encountered. We arrived at 2:45 for our 2 pm reservation (flight delayed) and were told our SUV had been given away since we were late. The “only car” they had was a Kia small sedan, that smelled of smoke, was falling apart and very small. I cannot even relate how maddening this experience was.

We rented moving trucks to help friends move from N.M. to Oklahoma. We reserved a car to return home to N.M. from Oklahoma. When it came time to speak with the representative to retrieve the rental car he told us we needed Oklahoma drivers licenses and an Oklahoma address and a major credit card only from a Oklahoma bank in order to rent in Oklahoma and return ot in N.M. we ended up having to drive all three moving trucks back to N.M.

They gave our car away as we were picking it up. My wife was in surgery and I really needed to have a car because we were from out of town. The rental car facility would not honor my reservation, even though they had other cars in inventory. Extremely poor experience.

Inside car was clean, gentleman checking was good and responsive, rims outside car were dirty, drop off was confusing, each attendant had different ideas where to park, lady attendant at end was very nice and helpful

The car turned out to be fine, but the pick up was less than stellar. The staff is less interested in helping you and more interested in rushing through the paperwork to get you out of their hair. I was the only one there. It wouldn’t have taken any effort to answer my questions. Instead, I got sullen “I don’t know”s and a “That’s all me have”. There was a real feel of “take it if leave it.”
