Pros: Amazing crew and staff
Cons: More food selection

Cons: This is just a poor airline in which I will never fly on again. I will blame it a lot on miscommunication but seats are horrible and need way for cushion especially if you are on a 11 hour flight.

Pros: Crew service was amazing - so diligent and courteous. They were incredibly well trained and I would rate their service level as being one of the most competitive within business class in Asia.
Cons: Seats were reasonably comfortable but not as spacious in design as in other business class cabins, so that could be a concern for some travelers. Also, I was not able to convert the main menu of the entertainment system to my preferred language so it was a bit difficult to navigate (that being said, they provided a card that guided me, so it was still usable, and the entertainment selection was good!).

Pros: The flight attendants were fabulous on this flight.
Cons: Older plane that showed lots of grime from past travelers. The seats in my row had old spills that seemed to have run down the backs of the seats and dried over. Gross!

Cons: Korean Air was wonderful. BUT KAYAK made my reservation through KIWI.COM which is absolutely horrible. My reservation was ONLY for Dallas to Incheon. They booked me a ticket all the way to Singapore without ever asking my permission or informing me. As a result, I was unable to use the ticket, and had to purchase a new one at the airport ticket counter. I called them several times to attempt to fix the issue, but they were utterly unhelpful. I have requested a refund, but am not hopeful based on their past performance. KAYAK should cut all ties with KIWI if it wants to remain reputable.

Pros: The crew was professional and very engaging
Cons: The food I was served was the same on the last flight I had...wich was 3 weeks prior. A little variety would be appreciated. The quality was excellent, but...

Pros: A great flight with friendly staff, comfy seats, good food, and great inflight entertainment.
Cons: The international transfer process at Manila airport was the worst I’ve ever seen. They had about 20 people standing at a desk for about 90 minutes with no explanation as to what was going on. In that time, nobody was released to go to their gate, but they wouldn’t explain what was happening. There were about 10 airport staff standing there, mostly doing nothing. The process was inefficient, to say the least. There was no place to sit, no toilets, no order to any of it. In most international airports, after you deplane, you just walk to your next gate. There seemed to be no logical reason for that awful experience. It would have been much faster to go through customs and then go through security, walking directly to the gate.
