90 minutes to pick up a car while they tried to upsell every customer. Cleaning guy said they are in commission. Agent got upset and mouthed off at me when I approached the desk and said I don’t need insurance, toll devices, or anything else, just the car.

Terrible! Upon arriving in Denver we shuttled to ace and there was at least a hour wait in line. While standing in line we noticed a sign that no cars were allowed out of the state. So we had to shuttle back to the airport and book another car rental with someone else which obviously took a lot of valuable time. Bottom line we didn’t rent from ace and never will again.
Waited from 12:30 am until 4:30 am in their office with 200 other people and only 2 employees.

Horrendous. We flew all the way across the county for a special event THAT WE MISSED because budget had us wait for 3 HOURS after our rental pick-up time (and we arrived early) before getting us in a car. There were hundreds of others waiting and never once did anyone from the Budget staff acknowledge their over-booking or address the long wait times. We were told our rental was non-refundable so we couldn’t even cancel and walk across the street to get a car with another service without losing hundreds of dollars. At no point in the booking process, or in the line to pick up were we informed how long the waits were. Budget clearly knows this is a problem because the person who finally did check us in told us it was like that every day. They intentionally overbook themselves to sell more cars and have ZERO regard for people’s experience and situations. Truly a terrible experience. Don’t ever rent from Budget

Car was completely dirty-so much that I actually video taped it. The guy who was supposed to take us to the car was rude and on his phone. I had to keep asking for help.

The rental car got a flat. Resolving this simple issue through budget has taken 72 hours and dozens of phone calls. Still not done.
The vehicle was the perfect fit fornour weekend needs. The vehicle was mostly clean. The interior of the windows were foggy and smeared. Easy enough for me to wipe down when I had the chance. Could have had a better vacuuming. Lots of loose grass and small rocks on floor. When all said and do e, good value. Shuttle was simple and easy.

Everything was super smooth and worth every penny. Crystal and Josh were both especially helpful and super quick with my pickup process. I unfortunately didn’t get the mama name when I dropped off be the drop off process was also super quick and efficient! 10 out of 10. Will definitely rent from Alamo again!

I upgraded to a larger vehicle, but when I came out, there was going to be a slight wait to get one. I went ahead and took the size I had originally reserved because I was in a hurry (plane had been delayed twice) thinking I would straighten it out when I returned. However, upon return, the office had already lowered the cost to the original amount, so there was no follow up visit I needed. Other businesses could learn some tips from the way I was greeted and treated. I will rent from Alamo again.
They didn't have cars, wait was over two hours. Gave us a much smler vehicle then we had rented but still charged us for the larger one. Refuse to answer any of our emails about fixing the charge. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB when I get home.

Vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned (still had trash in it from previous users). Cracked windshield. Not enough customer service people to service customers in a timely manner (particularly at pickup).
