The car was brilliant, the very fast handover at the airport was extremely handy and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
I was very comfortable. And while running easy to drop off unless you wanted to change your card and pay with a different card. Did not tell us how to recharge the battery so we needed to use gas. Told us if we bought gas through them we could bring it back on empty and it would be much cheaper than filling up at a gas station which was not the case they charged us $66 for a tank of gas car had dirty wipes in it when we got it and we needed to add an extra day even though on the app it said modify you could not through either app had to call to add an extra day. Which is where the ridiculous price came in for one extra dayIt came to 260 something dollars more.!
The RAV 4 was better than anticipated. But the interior showed a lot of wear for for only 40+ K miles.
Everything was great. Ir was fast quick and easy. Everyone was so polite and nice. We got the car we needed.
pick up was easy and convenient. The condition of the van however was poor. Not clean on the inside, food on the floor
