The van was filthy. There was lots of trash inside. Stains on the seats. I picked it up in a dark garage and didn’t see all the mess or i would have refused to take it. At my first stop when I saw all the garbage i I was already way down the highway so I just picked up all the disgusting stuff and threw it away. I took lots of pictures. When I turned it in at Daytona the guy at counter didn’t care, said call corporate if have a complaint!!

Wish it was a little cheaper for a short 2 hour drive but overall very satisfied to be able to get great customer service and our rental picked up at 3am. Very thankful for them helping us so late.

Easy pickup and drop off! I love the ease of the rental car terminal! Car was clean and comfortable and size was accurate.

The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the vehicle...it smelled like a cleaning product was trying to hide a smoke smell from cigarettes...I should have checked if any of the other cars available, smelled the same way

We were to pickup a midsize at a satellite Hertz, not the airport. When we got there they had one car left, a Polestar EV, a Volvo product made in China, with 26% charge, and no way to charge it there. We basically had to take it, or we had to come back hours later with no guarantee we'd get a car. The instructions we were given about the EV were minimal. They did not have internet there for us to download the necessary APP to charge the car. We stopped at a Starbucks to get the APP. We then had to find a charging station. We had no experience with this, and went to one, only to find out it's a regular EV charger, and would take about 7 hours to charge the car. We couldn't wait that long. We then found a fast station, which took over 2 hours to charge. Bad way to start the vacation. We got to our destination about 3+ hours later than we should have. The next day we decided we would trade the car in for a gas car, as we didn't want to do the charging routine again. We went to the nearest airport and exchanged, easily, thankfully. That was an hour drive each way. Their lack of cars initially cost us about 6 hours that should not have happened.
It was a nice driving car. Toyota Carolla. Easy to pick up and drop off at the airport and good price.

Off site facility, sat in a hot box waiting for a shuttle that never came. From now on I WILL ALWAYS RENT DIRECTLY FROM AIRPORT AGENCY!

When I got there, they didn’t have the vehicle I ordered. They told me they had to FORCE ME to pay an upgrade fee for a better vehicle. Or they said I could wait until there’s a vehicle come back in. This is some bogus business stuff. They said that they have to hold the vehicles that other people previously reserved longer than me before I got one. I said, why not give me the one I paid for, and since they reserved theirs longer than me, upgrade them for free. They said no. Easirent is anything but easy. It’s crappy.

I reserved my car for 4 PM, and when I called for the shuttle at 5PM, they said they already rented my car to someone else and I would have to take a lager vehicle and pay the higher price. I told them I was going elsewhere and would never deal with them again. I asked for the supervisor and he said it was him. He was very rude and my experience was awful.

I would NEVER EVER use this company. We called 4 times to arrange our pickup at the airport in 95+ degree weather only to be told it would be 20-25 more minutes on the fourth call because the driver needed to put gas in the vehicle. We waited over an hour. Once we arrived at the off parking office we had all of our reservation information but the attendant told me he wanted to see my car insurance card for my personal vehicle (which I leave in my car in my state). I have never had to show proof of this and we rent a lot of cars! He would not allow us to rent a car UNLESS we paid an additional few hundred dollars for insurance. My CC covers this when I travel and I explained that to him but he told me I needed to still purchase through them. Anyway - I refused and they would not give us a ride back to the airport so we went next door and their neighboring company was very kind and offered to take us back. Apparently these types of situations are common with this company. Do yourself a favor and rent a car from the airport.
Pick up and drop off we’re quick and easy. There were no surprise fees, paid in full online beforehand.

Be aware that during holiday weekends, you will probably not get the car you "reserved". They overbook vehicles knowing that they will not have enough of the premium or larger styles for what was booked. Very poor business model nd inventory management when the staff is put into a situation with that will upset people knowing that you will not have the vehicles required for the amount rented. The staff was great and very apologetic and offered anything to make it not as bad but they can't produce a vehicle that the company doesnt provide to their location.

Awesome mileage. Car ran great. Good value for the money. Make sure you don’t have too much luggage. It’s a small car. If I brought my golf clubs I would’ve been out of luck.

24hrs later a call come in that the car needed an oil change. 150 miles away from rental location. They asked to bring back or..... to get an oil change anywhere on my own. on a disney vacation. no thank you. it was reported to cooperate
Upon pickup I found the tank just above empty. When I mentioned it to the gate/checkout attendant he said he had listed it as such and I could return it empty. I did so and received a revised bill with a gas charge applied. I’ve applied for a refund but have to see that reversed. Brian

I didn't receive the car I originally reserved. The counter clerk said it had been damaged a few days before. Then the car I did get had a bad front tire that you could feel the wobble when driving.

I was being forced into getting an electric car ( that could not meet the needs of my plans) only or they said I could pay 3 times as much to get a different car. I spent 2.5 hours pleading with on-site and phone support people who refused to help. It ruined my plans. This was an overall awful experience.

Booked through kayak, paid up front a rental and for an insurance with Canadian taxes through kayak and kayak never mentioned i will have to pay more at the airport at fort myers florida When we got there we wore told we only paid a base price for the car and have to pay more with USA taxes. Also we were supposed to get a Nissan pathfinder which was supposed to be a 6 passenger vehicle with 3 large luggage’s Instead they gave us a little Kia with no trunk when u pull out the third row for a sixt passenger. I could of rented through Expedia wigg th no hidden charges but instead I chose kayak I will never use kayak again. Overall bad experience

The car had over 60000 miles and had to be returned by tow truck. We had to wait almost 4 hours for the tow truck because they were sent to the wrong address. We had to wait in line for another hour to exchange the car. They added liability insurance to the bill even though we specifically refused it. I will never rent from Thrifty again.
I'm glad we arrived early. The car needed to be cleaned so we had to wait 20min before it was ready. We did take possession of the rental on time. Just get there early to get paperwork done and to allow time to prep the car. The car was clean and had a full tank of gas which was appreciated.

Payless airport reps rude. No shuttle to car rental from RSW airport. Had to take Lyft which added to rental cost. Not a good deal or value since it was very inconvenient. Car was given to me with low tire pressure light on. Back tires extremely low. All maintenance items should be checked and taken care of before picking up rental car.
