Took $2025 out of our account without saying anything and after calling them they said “it was a mistake” and didn’t even give a full refund. The car had malfunctions with the windshield wipers and the front glass was very dirty. Poor customer service and rude manager.

Worst experience ever!! Dishonest company!!! They are scammers and they stole money from us and after reading reviews, it seems to be happening a lot! Stay away!!! U-spend ….not U -Save!!!!

They don’t tell you until you get there but they require additional insurance that you basically have to buy from them. Add to That, the cars were in terrible condition, the first car they offered me had a broken muffler and was covered in dents. It would have been less expensive to rent from me more reliable big company.

Tanya was excellent & refreshing. As a regular traveler I deal with multiple car rental companies I was pleasantly surprised to receive such great customer service, when most just want you to get in & out. While Tanya was was efficient & conducted herself professionally she also had great empathy. I especially appreciated her proactive attention to my disability & offered me a chair as she processed my reservation. Horrible. We paid way more than what whas announced, we've been downgraded and the worst part is that we've been scammed, we had to pay 550$ (in addition to the 1100$ we already paid for 9 days of rental). We've been insulted and even threatened by the employee when we asked questions about it. I still haven't received the deposit back (500$). So far, it's like I paid 2000$ for being downgraded, insulted and threatened. Shame on U-Save and shame on Kayak and Expedia for having those kind of scams on their website!!!
