Everything was fine - only minor issue was pick up in the garage was messy with staff not being clear on which vehicles could be taken and that any vehicle in the row could be used. Also I purchased a toll package but it wasn’t made clear that there was no device in the vehicle which necessitated a trip back to the desk for clarification - also when asked about toll tags the garage attendant who was present looked in all the cars for a toll tag - clearly he didn’t know that there are no tags in the vehicles.

The pickup location shown was misleading. Kayak basically fooled me. Europcar said they have no reservation under my name and Price line said the reservation was from Ontario airport instead of LAX. Never using Kayak to book anything again

Booked with Europcar, but the car supplier was Fox Rent a car!! Disaster. Loads of hidden charges. Terrible customer service and still managed to over charge me
