Car was not cleaned when I got in ... food in the back seat. Also gas tank was only 3/4 full even when the contract said it was Full. Didn't notice until I was 10 miles from airport. When I returned the car to tell the customer representative at the counter, I was told that since I didn't mention this issue when I picked it up, they could not do anything. Obviously, last time I will rent from Dollar .....
We waited 4.5 hours in the rental car line. Staff very rude. Awful experience.
When returning the assistant was so kind and efficient. She took the miles down on her phone for me and let us get to our gate timely.
Airport location....They need more vehicles at this airport. Waited almost 2 hrs for a car.
