Took an hour to get the rental key in my hand at Savannah airport. . Even thoug the parent company Avis is at every airport- Payless is not so when I needed to fly out of another airport - I could only return it to Savannah even though Avis was at Charleston. They need to fully merge all 3 companies budget / Avis/ and Payless - makes no sense to keeep separate. Not worth the few bucks I saved . Won’t use again
absolute nightmare. will never book with them again. horribly customer service line. couldn’t get a new rental easily when the doors wouldn’t unlock on our rental.
Our flight was delayed 6 hours getting us into Savannah airport 11:30. Payless had our car waiting and ready for us even after the airport office had closed.
Waited in line 1.5 hours, then waited 45 minutes for car to be ready. That set us back over 2 hours. Disappointed.
Pickup desk closed, had to go to Budget, waited 1.5 hours in line. Never use them again,
