Friendly helpful staff, nice clean car.

The rear car seat belt did not work. That was a big deal because we had people with us for some of the rental. Also the floor mat was dirty.
Good vehicle (an upgrade). It was a little pricier than i would lilke.
The Toyota did not come with usb charging ports. It only had a cigarette lighter adapter and we did not bring one with us. The car was a 2022 and I just can not imagine that charging a cell phone was not a item included in this car. We own 4 Toyotas and they all have usb ports and none of them are newer than 2019. The car did not have a manual in the glove box; would have been helpful. Staff was friendly and competent.
