Prepare a snack for the beach or something more substantial in the adjacent kitchen, complete with colorful cookware and everything you need to get creative. If you don’t feel like cooking, you’re walking distance to lots of popular beach bars and restaurants-just stake your spot in time for sunset, because it’ll likely be one to remember. (The two zones are 23rd Ave. to 28th Ave. and White Hearst Avenue to Central Avenue.) Once the project begins the public can expect hundreds of trucks per day in the area, which will cause traffic delays. Beach access will be limited. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
