Cons: Even for business class there is no TV screen on each seat. Just one small TV screen on the ceiling for a few rows to share. It would be much better with TV screen on each seat. I was sitting in the first row business class and the air hostess skipped me and didn’t give me a slipper. She gave me a used slipper at the end only without a packet. This is unprofessional to treat a business class passenger
Pros: The crew was amazing, in the first few hours, they kept serving us, hot towels, drinks, food etc. I really felt pampered. Would fly with them again.
Cons: Transferring between 3 flights to get to my destination, I had to transfer my suitcases every time. With the security check etc. it was tiring to say the least.
Pros: The crew was very professional and attentive.
Cons: Boarding was somewhat chaotic. They kept changing the gate often. Had to walk from extreme end of terminal, then walk back.
Cons: The temperature on the flight was super warm. I was uncomfortable. I was told that with Layover I would receive my check in bag for Hotel stay. the attendant took a discription of my luggage for other united employees to tell me it would take 3 hours to retrieve my luggage. They didn’t even try to look for it or help me. Then what’s the point of taking my discription down? Now I have to stay at a hotel with nothing on me. So ridiculous and rude.
Cons: We parked at the furthest possible gate in international. Ridiculous walk!!
Pros: Nothing comes to mind
Cons: Comfier seats
Pros: Feel like reacist Company
Cons: I didnt like the treatment of the crew.
Pros: The seat was not super comfortable but the crew was really lovely and so helpful!
Cons: More padding on the seat would have been nice
Cons: I cannot think if anything. Having the eye masks certainly helped sleeping on the flight a little easier.
