They didn’t have a car for me at the time of pick up. Said i would have to wait 4-5 hours for one.

There is very little telephone support for last minute changes , you are only referred to online changes where the interface is not straightforward for adding days, adding drivers and changing drop-off locations. Other wise I had no complaints, but because of the lack of telephone support Hertz missed out on a week of extension to the rental contract because I cannot use the web app while driving, and the scheduled drop-off was very tight so I couldn't stop driving to navigate the website. I spoke to a hertz representative on the phone and asked to change the reservation to extend it and was willing to pay the fee to facilitate the change by telephone because of the driving, but he just kept saying to use the web app and he couldn't help me. Ver disappointed in this because Hertz is usually the Gold standard of service.

I had to wait an hour to receive my car at pick up. I already had a reservation! There has to be a better system, especially since the keys are already in the car. It shouldn't take that long to check in with a representative.
