Amazingly painless.

The staff was friendly and efficient.

The tagline of “pick Enterprise and we’ll pick you up” doesn’t apply outside of a 4 mile radius apparently. Bummer. Outside of that, staff at this location were friendly and laid back, super helpful in reviewing the contract before and after. Vehicle was clean. Would use Enterprise again, just need to find one closer to the house I guess.

Comfortable car with amazing gas mileage for a mon-hybrid. Rental process was easy at a good price. Our only frustration was with tire sensor going off often, even after filling air to specs.

The only good thing they had going was they provided water for people waiting. On the down side they did not have cars available, was over an hour wait and charged much more over and above the kayak price. In Australia if you book hire cars online you have insurance included and no more to pay at the outlet. My experience so far with USA car rental is they just charge what they want on top with various extra fees, insurance and taxes. Overall very disappointed.

Budget location at PHX Sky Harbor closed.

I reserved the reservation for pick up @ 10 am. We arrived @ the location for pick up prior to opening & had to wait until 10 am. There was only one employee working @ the counter & I thought we could have picked up the car sooner. It looks like you need more help @ this location. The other suggestion I would like to make is upon returning the vehicle to The Wynn hotel we did not receive instructions on where to go. We stopped in Valet & we're directed to the 2nd floor in the self parking garage. We did this & we're told it's on the 1st floor. A lot of running around to return the car especially when u are trying to get to the airport. I would suggest your team member give specific directions on where to return the vehicle @ the beginning especially when you're in a busy city like Las Vegas.

My first time using Hertz. I will never use them again! I reserved a mid size SUV for the time and location that best fit a number of important things an appointments I had scheduled for the day. At the scheduled time I traveled to the pickup location, and sat patiently for nearly 40 minutes, for my turn to be called up to the counter. Upon stating that I had a reservation, I was told "Oh, we don't have any vehicles available". Caught a little off guard, I again stated, there must be some mistake, I made a reservation. Again being told in a matter of fact way, we have no cars. The rental agent then turns around and picks up a set of keys and says< "well we do have a full size SUV, that will be an upgrade and it will be $60 more per day". So I said< " hang on a second, I made a reservation for a standard SUV for $60 per day. You don't have any standard SUV"s but u have a full size, you are going to upgrade me for free right? He said no, it will be $60 a day more. He then leaned over to the agent next to him and said, can we do a free upgrade? To which the rental agent said, " we don't have any cars, we need that one". And so I was told "sorry, we dont have any cars. I can put you on a waiting list if you want. This screwed up all the plans I had for the day, since I was renting a car for my necessity and not because I had some free time so, Oh, I know what, let me go rent a car. Hertz didnt care one bit that I had a bunch of things scheduled for that day. Not one care what so ever. I will never use Hertz again.

Price was very good car very good but when I got to pickup location they were out of cars . But one came in just before my pickup time .

I do not have anything negative for the experience.

Nikki at Alamo customer service in the airport provided exceptionally good service related to our damaged tire/tire replacement!! Otherwise the entire experience was exactly what I expect from car rental - easy to pickup and dropoff, no concerns, top quality vehicle at affordable price. Thank you Alamo!

More payment modes. Bigger signage at the parking area.

I had never heard of your company before this trip; would now recommend. The staff member who checked us in (“The Mark”) was friendly and efficient!! He talked with us about where we were going and gave us recommendations, which turned out great!! I have never experienced that from a car rental agent and really appreciated it!!

I booked a car pretty last-minute but the price was great, and then I got upgraded to a BMW. Staff was friendly and it was a quick pick-up and drop-off process. Would definitely book with Sixt again in Phx!

Don't book with SIXT if there's even a 1% chance you'll need to cancel. It was the most infuriating process ever to cancel. Their website (there's absolutely no human to talk to) kept saying I needed to go through kayak to cancel. Kayak's website (also no human) says you have to go through SIXT. Neither was taking responsibility. After 8 emails SIXT finally cancelled it, which showed they were indeed the ones able to cancel it!!! Took way too much time. Don't recommend.

Easy process,clean car

I was so pleased with everything! The rental car agent was awesome. He helped me with an accidental booking at the wrong location and got me a car at the airport right away instead. The car was clean, comfortable and even nicer than I expected. Return was easy. The price was reasonable for the city and length of stay!

Several dozen people were told that they ran out of cars and that we would have to either wait 2 plus hours for returns or go to another rental agency. This is complete failure on management to plan, especially for an airport location. I ended up paying DOUBLE for my rental because of their incompetencies.

Pick up process at Phoenix Rental Car Centre is terrible … the wait at counter is ALWAYS too long - with not enough staff… Once you actually get to the counter, the sign up process seems too complicated and takes a long time, and finally when you go downstairs to pick up your car, we had to wait another full HOUR to get our car because there wasn’t enough vehicles to supply the demand… I wish this was only a single occurrence but it has happened the 5 times we’ve gone through Phoenix rental car centre -

3hour wait to get checked in and then 2 hour wait for a car. Only had one person processing rental cars. Staff said it was the same way last year for this time of year. They already knew they were going to be busy so they Should have had more staff on duty.

They need more signage at pick up point…the safe was mostly friendly but they had some sort of situation that had them behind when I arrived so I waited almost an hour to be helped even though I had filled out all paperwork on line and uploaded all necessary documents. Once I got the vehicle- it was beautiful and the staff that delivered the car was the nicest person!! When I returned the vehicle, the place was closed so I had to arrange for an Uber, which #1, the location is in a little bit of a sketchy area and #2 I don’t like getting an uber by myself as a single woman… but the key drop box was easy to see and the uber driver was very pleasant. I think if you accept a drop off before your hours, someone should be there and shuttle provided. Even though I had no issue other then waiting and the drop off, I will probably rent from the terminal since they are there and no shuttle would be needed if my flight hours differ from their operational hours.

They did not have a car available even after having a reservation for weeks in advance. Had to rent from another company.
