Easy pick-up and drop off

The Payless office is 10 min away from the airport. When we got to it, there was a printed paper in the window saying they were closed, and to go back to the airport and check in at Avis. They could have easily sent an email or text or posted a sign at the airport. Avis said that office (listed on the confirmation email) had been closed for a year and a half.
