Very poor communication and ability of customer service to sort even minor issues. Contradictory advice and poor systems.

Took almost 1 hour to pick up our car at the counter. Toddler seat didn't come with instructions on how to put in the car. Drop off procedure was a tad problematic: a) too far from main terminal leave a lot of time to catch the shuttle bus to main terminal and b) Drop off box location not clearly stated inside the terminal- had to ask for help.
