The Hertz representative was extremely friendly, super patient and did a great job helping me change my reservations. Otherwise, the office was barebone if you care about that kind of thing, and you do have to walk a long way to get your car.
I didn’t get rent the car and I still got charged.

Worst experience with their desk person Jackie and her manager Dana. We got there at 8:40am for our 9am pickup and did not get our car until past 11am. And the attitude of both of them was the worst. Incompetency at its finest.

My c bc old accidently booked this trip. I immediately called kayak and fox the car rental company. Neither would cancel or let me reschedule. I wasn't even in the the state and it just ended up being wasted money. I feel like i was robbed.
At the Pick-up line up was like 3rd world country, kind of hurt my vacation's start. Although I explained my needs the staff at pick up paperwork, pursuit me for lots of up-sales. I spent a lot more than my need, definitely never Thrifty anymore. Drop off was fine. Tnx

They texted me two days before my reservation saying they didn’t have either of the vans I rented. The manager had the nerve to say on the phone “a reservation isn’t a guarantee”. If it isn’t a guarantee then why would I ever reserve a car with enterprise again? Anyway, it was a major bummer. Had to cancel my whole staff party that we put so much work into planning because I couldn’t find another two 16 passenger vans for a reasonable price. :(

Tremendous wait to pickup rental. Over an hour in line waiting to be attende.. booth was sharing four different rental agencies. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

They tried to give a old van in horrible shape Then they said I didn’t return the van and started charging 1000 per day Scary
Pickup took 2 hours. No cars available at arrival despite having a reservation for over a month. The only positive aspect was a free upgrade when original vehicle class was not available.

When we arrived they didn’t have any cars due to low inventory per the agent at the counter. Told us my wait time almost 1-2 hours. Then tried to up sell me for upgrade if I wanted to get a car now. I said willing to upgrade as long as my balance is applied agent told me they cannot because it was a 3rd party like Kayak.. finally after an hour manager did come out and helped me out Kayak should not be representing since it’s very concerning that rental car agency don’t belief u guys are true partners. In future I will not be using Kayak or Dollar

There was a long wait to pick up the rental. The car we were assigned reaked of smoke. The staff person was very helpful and assigned us another car on the lot and also loaded our luggage. Signage could be improved in all places to be clear which lines and lanes exactly are for Dollar.
