There was only one car left in our size range. We did not make it 10 miles from the airport when we realized one of the tires was flat and had a bolt in it. It took two hours to get a new car out to us (again, less than 10 miles from the airport). Not a great start to our trip.

We reserved a dodge caravan, and we’re expecting something a little newer. We understand that it is difficult to get new vehicles for rentals, but this van seemed quite worn. Maybe it’s because of being so close to the ocean. It was adequate for our needs. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful…top notch. Drop off was quick and easy.

They wait time on pick up was terrible their was 25 people in line and only 2 service techs. i had to wait over 1.5 hours to get my car. Some people said the hell with this and got a Uber instead. you can do better

I was in the middle of a natural disaster and didn’t receive a refund. Hertz was awful and Kayak.com is awful. Really disappointing given the circumstances with the fires in Maui.
