It was a lot cheaper going through Kayak to rent a car. The difference was significant. I actually ordered the car while I was standing at the counter. They quoted me a price over $20 dollars a day more to rent and also told me they only had pickup’s and jeeps. When I went through Kayak, I paid over $20 less a day and ended up with a premium sedan. I highly recommend them.

We had a Turo car rental. When we got to the car it wouldn’t start so we cancelled that. My wife found a car rental available immediately with Alamo. The rental process was super easy and getting into our car and on our way was quick and painless. The staff was outstanding!

All good, but many peopel coming to Maui, so almost 1 hour to have the car. Then I have a car with an oil issue message, so need to change it. it was quickly done, but not the best pick up I experiment! Car was ok and all ok with people here to help.

Nothing was discussed about how clean we should return it and if there’s a cleaning fee. But we took it to a car wash and cleaned the interior before return anyway. The car choose was slightly confusing because of the hertz connection but all worked out in the end and only put 317 miles on without having to fill up until we gave it back. Decent car. Made some weird noises and had a lot of Debra’s and scratches from previous customers. But nothing was back charged to us

Not having a Bed Bug infestation in the vehicle would have been a great start. Absolutely disgusting. Customer service was horrible. Roadside assistance was terrible to deal with. The only nice thing about it was the tow truck driver who was unaffiliated with them. I will NEVER be renting from budget again.

Car was dirty on pick-up and had body damage, and paint scratches on it. There was nobody to check us out and do a walk around. The car was what we had requested: a mustang convertible. Having the ability to pull the top down while cruising around Maui was amazing, but there is a serious lack of trunk and cabin space which made packing for the beach and airport a little challenging. We kept saying all trip long, “Next time, let’s get a Jeep.”

I was in the middle of a natural disaster and didn’t receive a refund. Hertz was awful and Kayak.com is awful. Really disappointing given the circumstances with the fires in Maui.

We reserved a dodge caravan, and we’re expecting something a little newer. We understand that it is difficult to get new vehicles for rentals, but this van seemed quite worn. Maybe it’s because of being so close to the ocean. It was adequate for our needs. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful…top notch. Drop off was quick and easy.

Not being familiar with Maui, I didn't realize there was more than one Hertz location in Kahului so it would have been helpful for that to be more apparent when booking. The agent at the airport Hertz was VERY RUDE when I showed up there. The agent at the hotel where the car was located, was WONDERFUL and I would book again based on his customer service.

Staff should be told to treat the customer that is there in person and in front of them is a higher priority than random phone calls. Both at pickup and drop off we were interrupted by someone calling in. The clerk dropped us and spoke on the phone for almost 5 minutes while we stood in front of them halfway through the process. The wifi should be improved so that it actually works in the lot so the clerk’s handheld device works outside. There was no selection of vehicles. Although there were plenty of vehicles on the lot they hadn’t been cleaned and were unavailable. That should be a priority. The value for money was poor. A well used, beaten up, stained upholstery vehicle for a premium price is not value for money. Enterprise can do better………I know they can.

We were greeted by Jared when we walked in. Jared was very good with taking us through the steps to rent. Very professional and we appreciated his manner. I believe it was the manager who greeted us when we returned the vehicle and he was very good. He took care of our check in right away. He called us a cab and checked back to see it had arrived. We very impressed with the 40 Hana Highway Enterprise location. Everyone we came in contact was very good. A young lady also asked if we had been taken care of. Darryl

They did not honor our week rental for $500. They still tried to charge us the $200 for the extra 2 days. We also returned the car on Jan. 1 but they were closed so they are trying to charge us for still having the car until Jan. 2 even though we flew home!
