Terrible experience. Fox was severely overbooked and had a 5+ hour wait for pick up even with reservation. We had to rent last minute from another provider at a very increased price.

The person at the desk was extremely pushy. I told him we had our own insurance & wouldn’t be buying his. He kept insisting & trying to sell us. I explained I didn’t feel well, I had a bad headache, & wanted to complete the transaction. He tried to make me feel afraid of the consequences of not buying his insurance. Finally I left the building & my husband completed the transaction alone. I left the area with the friend that drove us. My husband arrived home about 15-20 minutes after I did because of the counter person. The actual car was fine. No problems. Price was high but our car was being fixed at the mechanic’s & we needed transportation to various appointments.

I was not able to get a car and they charged my account they accidently charged two cards and told me I could not get a car. I am very upset and was left out in the cold at 11pm at the location with no help
