I like most the cleanliness of the car.

Terrible I did not receive the car due to unexpected reason related with my driven license. All other rental car companies offered me a car. In addition, three times I asked them if I will be charged, the answer was clear received from them: No sire , you cannot be charged. I was charged accordingly without any pre-notice. The worse services that I have ever received and I am a bossiness traveller from 16 years. Shame on them. My company will get in contact with them. I will not recommend at all this Fox company. No more comment. I am still negatively surprised of their atitude.

Waited for the shuttle at viscount station for 40minutes. Walking would be 20mins. Was forced to buy additional insurance for 12$ a day and paid more than the original cost of renting the car.

They didn’t accept the insurance i booked through kayak so I lost $40.

TPA has a train from the car rental area to the terminal but Easirent is off property so you need to take a shuttle to/from the train stop. The check in was slow. Two people working for a crowded waiting area. The car needed a wash but more importantly it smelled like a mix of pee and smoke. It only had ~8k miles so it wasn’t old but it smelled. The price was right but I wouldn’t rent from them again.

Their support is non-existent. Just pay the little extra to go with a bigger brand and avoid this one.

Easirent was not at airport. It’s halfway across Austin. I abandoned the car pickup and got an UBER to our airBnB instead. When I went to pick up the car later on my second Uber I found it in an industrial park area, which wasn’t terribly concerning, but it had a couple red flags. Just not a place I would want to bring my family. Finally when I arrived the scene was utter chaos. I saw an employee walking around looking for a car clicking the key unlock to locate it while dozens of customers looked destitute and as frustrated as I was with the experience of not finding their car at the airport. As I walked inside I found a waiting area full of crying children and families waiting for cars and a line of the drivers about 8 deep with no one at the counter answering questions. It was then that the same employee from the parking lot walked back in and stepped behind the desk to continue what sounded like a frustrated conversation of a desperate customer to just take the quickest option to get a car and leave. After trying to ask the sole employee what the odds of getting my car in the next hour or two was I decided that I wasn’t prepared to do business with this company and ordered my return Uber to the airBnB and ordered a Turo car for the rest of our visit with a brilliant experience. Hugely disappointing overall. Would not recommend. Please avoid. I haven’t chased down the couple hundred of dollars that we lost on the reservation and not getting a car yet, but I’m not holding my breath.

pick up time was quite long but it was a busy day and I just missed one bus so 30 mins wait for the next. Better instructions to locate the bus would help

Despicable

This company is a scam. Despite the fact that I had proof of insurance, they demanded that I show the declaration page of my policy. Of course nobody carries that around. I have been renting cars for many years and proof of insurance is all that is ever required. So they said that in order to rent a car, I would have to buy $46 worth of insurance from them. I left and rented from another company. Please issue a full refund plus an additional $50 for lost time and aggravation. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Quick and flexible. We changed return location and customer service approved in a minute. The customer service picks up your phone with no much waiting time.

Everything was smooth, got an upgrade and no issues picking up or dropping off.

The car rental place do not accept debit cards there is no place in the website or in there that says it had to take a taxy cab home it was a nightmare

I was unable to use your services when I landed because of some voucher issue. Had to come out of the pocket on the spot instead of going with the prepaid method. Really big inconvenience coming up with 600+ dollars on the spot for a week long rental.

The manager was Very attentive and accommodating Exceptional service!!!

I got to their location at 12:45am and they were already closed. My pick up time was 1am, it said they closed at 1am. I had to rent a car from another company or I would have been stuck at the airport until 6am

The employees were so so nice and knew exactly who we were upon arrival. It was the most personal experience we’ve ever had at a car rental site. I wish all our experiences were that easy, and refreshing! Best people down there!!

Everything was great from pickup to drop off. Friendly people and everything ran smoothly.

I did not agree to the prepaid gas and saw it on my rental agreement so I told the associate and he said oh don’t worry if you bring it back filled they don’t charge you . Well I brought it back filled and now they want a receipt sent to corporate of the full amount and will review the case . And of course you can’t speak to a human on the phone to rectify issue . Just be careful .

Rented car through Hertz with Kayak, got to location for 12Noon rental at 12:05. Location was closed. Should not allow pickup AT closing time.

Smell and car availability. No cars when I arrived and had to wait.
