Car given was not in the same category as promised. Booked a 2.0 litre vehicle and was given an underpowered 1.5 litre one. When questioned, the staff simply said that they are out of vehicles and they gave me an 'upgrade'. Wrote in to their HQ but received no replies as well. Would not book with them again.
