We ended up picking up or rental at the Boise Airport rather than in town. No shuttle from airport to city location. It was our only means of transportation.

Controls on new cars differ from car to car, and some are non-intuitive. A card summarizing how to utilize the basic features of the automobile would have been helpful.

We booked the car online and we got confirmation. Upon pick up they wouldn’t let us have the car. They told us we couldn’t pay with debit or credit. And we couldn’t take it out of state. We had to frantically go around all the other rental car companies at the airport to find a car. The customer service was very poor.

The only issue was the cab ride from the airport. $30 was the cost of the ride (with tip). Still, the savings for this off airport location was worth it.

The check-in took quite a bit of time and then it was hard to find a lot attendant to get the car. Front desk gal was wonderful and friendly despite the wait.

Ordered a car for 5 people and 4 large suitcases. The car was not big enough for 4 suitcases so we had to pack in smaller items. We ended up with 2 large suitcases, 2 carryons and one bag.

The Chrysler Pacifica van was excellent and made our 2 week travels VERY enjoyable. The vehicle features were awesome. Ran very well. Staff was super friendly too. Highly recommend!
