I was never able to get my car. I’m hoping I don’t get charged for a car I never picked up. Even though the pick up was supposed to be at the airport, my car was not there. I had to make a whole different reservation.

We were told they weren’t going to have our van. If we hadn’t stopped by the location a couple weeks before, we wouldn’t have found out until the day we were supposed to leave on our trip.

You need to be clearer in you app whether the rental location is at the airport or not. When I rented the car I had know way of quickly knowing that that place I reserved the car was not the airport rental but a second location 40 minutes away.

I stood at the counter for almost an hour they needed some type of verification that I was me they needed to determine the bill etc. bad experience. At the other end they charged me for an extra hour which was $96. I did not have the car over 24 hours they did not consider the time change. It was a bad experience all around

I paid for a full rental upfront 2 days before. I stand in line for a whole hr, just to be told I need a major credit card in order to get a rental when I already paid for one. The lady didn’t apologize for the wait at all. I won’t be back ever again. The website did not mention anything about a credit card when I paid.

Budget rented me a 15 passenger van that I rented for my family to enjoy a family vacation in. After being on the road less than a hour, we stop for a quick break to realize we had expired tags! I immediately call to be told a new vehicle would be located for us to get along our route. I never got a call. We choose to travel at night to help the kids sleep along the way. 4th hour into our trip, low tire pressure light comes on. We pull over get air and get back on the road. 5th hour pulled over for expired tags, (we were pulled over a total of 5 times on the trip for the expired tags) adding 4 hours to our trip. Hour 6 tire pressure light again, left and right front tires filled and we get back on the road. Hour 7 tire pressure light again, we pull into a gas station to be told by the mechanic on duty that the van is UNSAFE to drive!!! Both front tires are worn on the inside and have knots and I could have a blow out at any time!!!! I was told not to drive over 50mph for the remainder of the trip. We arrive at our destination (trip that should have been 12 hours with stops) turned into 21 hrs! During all this I am calling Budget road side..no responses, just apologies. I was finally given an option to switch out the van! I get the 12 passenger ford transit and it is much nicer(we thought) we set out to head home (at night) to find out the replacement vehicle's head lights were wack! One shines straight down to the ground and the driver's side light shined straight up and to the far right! this made it very difficult ot see when there was no street light areas. Also the van shook so bad between 65 - 70 that you couldn't hold the wheel straight! SO once again, a 12 hr trip turns into a 17 hr trip home. The fact that I wanting a worry free vacation and trusting a company to put my family in a safe vehicle did not happen! I am still in shock over all the issues and I have asked numerous times to have management call me and still no response! VERY DISAPPOINTED and HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!

The Enterprise Airport office in St Louis saved the day! And I am grateful. Listened carefully, got me the car I needed (though it was "smoky" for my drive across Missouri, and overall I was satisfied. Keep the smokers away from your cars!!

Enterprise did not explain the drop off process. Since we were dropping off at 3am, their location was closed. I called their corporate location and they explained to me they their drop off location was at The Parking Spot, and that I needed to drop off the vehicle on the third floor and leave keys in drop box on first floor. There were absolutely zero signs signaling that this was a drop off location for a enterprise, and even on the third floor had zero indication that this is where Enterprise drop offs should be parked. Absolutely terrible customer service and I am lucky I did not miss my flight.

My husband and I traveled via Uber to Enterprise for a car we had reserved online. We never got the car because: We couldn't use a debit card(neither mine nor my husband's even though the cards are from the same bank); I don't drive but my husband has a valid license; when I called a utility company to text me a photo copy of my latest 'paid' gas bill; enterprise rejected it because his name wasn't on it; he does not have utility bills in his name. I offered to pay cash to no avail. Finally when we had exhausted our options, we were stranded and it was too late to try another rental agency so we caught another taxi home. Enterprise discriminates! I am seeking other horror stories about Enterprise too post.

I requested a car from STL Airport but you gave me a car that was at a different and didn't realize until shuttle took me to airport location and they gave me a price almost two what you quoted. The allocation said the location I had to go their by cab as their shuttle would not take me there and also that maybe it would be closed by the I got there. It was very chaotic and stressful.
