After check in and security clearance a shuttle is required to get to another terminal. The shuttle itself is only a 5’minute ride, but they only depart every ~20mins. I arrived 2.5 hours before my flight and this was barely a sufficient amount of time to make the flight. Also, and possibly because it is a new airline, of the three staff checking passengers in only one seemed to have sufficient experience. As such she was constantly getting pulled to a guide the other two staff, creating much longer check in times

It was fast and easy to check in, for the price I got I wouldn't change anything.

Poor and horrible management staff and customer services . Full of lies and dishonesty. Incompetent workers at the check in desk at the Pearson airport. Check in worker can’t even identify a simple passport. She kept me for more than 40 mins calling management that she can’t recognize my passport as if she was an immigration officer then she lied to me that it was network issues and that management was aware. They made me miss my flight and they refused to acknowledge it was their fault. I had spent again on hotel bills and buy another flight to Orlando. Horrible experience experience ever.
