I was pleased with everything except that they marked off the on me the same minute windshield ding that was noted in the previous damages list when I picked up the car, presumably because I had added insurance, so they can file another claim. Possibly just an error, but judging from the previous reviews it seems suspicious.

I was very pleased with the unexpected SIGNIFICANT upgrade -- I originally had booked a convertible, expecting just a Mustang convertible, so you can only imagine how happy I was when I arrived at the counter and was upgraded to a relatively brand new BMW Z4 at the same rate! Even better, with the original reservation, I would have had to return the car the next day by 7:30PM to the Orlando Airport and be charged two days' rate (my pick up was at 5PM Saturday, needing to return by 7:30PM Sunday and otherwise see a MASSIVE rate hike from ~$150 to ~$600). However, because of the change in vehicles, I could return it on Monday by 5PM for the original rate of ~$150 at the hotel I was staying in, saving me a LOT of hassle. I imagine Sixt may have lost some money with my reservation, but a great experience from start to finish.for me!

It was such a pleasure walking into the Rent-A-Car company, and immediately accosted with a beautiful smile and offer of coffee or drinks. What a pleasant experience.!! Everyone was delightful. It's the little things that make people want to return to a business offering a service. I will definitely talk about my experience at six with all my friends and I will definitely rent from them again.

This rental company requires 2 shuttles and requires their own insurance (not included in the booking fees) which doubled the cost of our rental. By the time we were made aware of these extra fees, changing to another company was equally expensive last minute. While they were nice about it and the car was clean, these two inconveniences (wasting time and money) mean I would never rent from them again.

Waited for the shuttle at viscount station for 40minutes. Walking would be 20mins. Was forced to buy additional insurance for 12$ a day and paid more than the original cost of renting the car.

They were not at the central Houston (IAH) rental car area. They would not come pick us up at the airport before we sent them A LOT of information that is normally asked for when you check in to pick up a rental car. They said that we should call their driver to come pick us up. They made it very difficult to rent the car--so much so that we abandoned the rental and went over to another company on the spot. TOO MANY RED FLAGS. Will never, ever rent from them again. And you shouldn't either.

Great fast experience

The next bus shuttle was in an accident with us in it on the way to the rental company and they were not apologetic for us having been in there accident. Then the rental car was very very damaged. They also required a $1468. Insurance premium on top of the rental fee even though what my credit card insurance would cover it. This fee was not disclosed at time of booking.

It was amazing. The staff was really friendly and the vehicle was clean.

I love renting at this location as they are always friendly and the prices are always amazing. The car that I got this time had a couple of problems with it. There was no washer fluid, the breaks were really bad, the car needed an oil change and I kept getting a message that the key fob was low on batteries. Other than that, I will be back, but it's

Was able to book a car to pick up at 12. upon calling to confirm the reservation the worker told me that they closed at 12 and everyone would be gone by 12:05. had to cancel reservation because our uber wasnt going to be able to drop us off until 12:10 and the worker refused to accommodate
