They denied the reservation at the counter because we did not have airline tickets. When I rented the email confirmation specifically said the airline tickets was not required to rent from this location. They did not try to resolve other than tell me but I had to find another rental car penny. Luckily Enterprise right next to them was able to accommodate. This is the first and last time I use thrifty

Cons:Having a different agent, as the one who gave me the car plain lied to me in an attempt to get me to buy more insurance
