the guy at the desk was so kind, and he did everything he could to help, but the vehicle i rented and was guaranteed was not there. waste of time and money.
No car was available. We waited for 1.5 hours and eventually had to rent a car from another company.
Showed up and was told same day rental was null and void, never received rental car. This is a scam.
