Everything was fine.
Pros:The car was comfortable. Got upgraded to a larger car for free which was nice.
Cons:The car reeked of smoke even though there were “No Smoking” signs listed in the vehicle. When pointed out to a staff member, the reply was, “it happens, we don’t have control over that.” Not great. Also, there was no one at the Enterprise pickup counter. Took a long time to get ahold of a staff member for pickup.
I wish renting a car was not so expensive these days, however we had an impeccable rental experience from the pick up to the drop off. As you may be aware I also got an upgrade, I was super stressed about needing a 4 x 4 with the winter weather that was happening just before we were landing - I even called customer service to try to figure out how to do that but amazingly got a 4 x 4 even though I hadn’t booked one. Needless to say the weather wasn’t as bad as would have been imagined, our rental was perfect. Thank you so much, we will be back
