My flight was cancelled last minute due to weather and I was unable to make the trip. The only way to contact them is through email and their customer service is worse than Comcast. They still have yet to send an invoice for cancellation charges. I have used them before, but now I'll pay extra to go with a different rental agency. Sixt proves that they're just a cooperation and don't care about their customers.
We had a mixup with a rental car, my fault, and it left us scrambling to find a rental car same day for a 11 day trip. We booked while we were on the plane getting ready to leave for our destination. When we arrived they didn’t have the intermediate size suv we booked, so they offered us a luxury suv, or a mini van. We were very happy to have the van and it turned out great for the whole trip. Nice van, nice upgrade.
Pros:No pressure to buy additional insurance at the front desk
Cons:when picking up the car it would be helpful if the attendant helped you out with the park release and other buttons not familiar to you
Car was excellent and smooth to drive
Was upgraded to a BMW X2. Super clean, super fun, super great price!
