|Aug 2022Enterprise at Fairbanks Airport is awesome. They always have newer/clean vehicles and the customer service is second to none. I always receive a personalized e-mail from the manager the day after pickup checking on my satisfaction with the vehicle and the customer service I received at vehicle checkout. Kudos to a well run organization.

|Apr 2022Heather was super helpful. She made the experience great. While I was originally disappointed at the smaller car, it was quite comfortable and easy to drive. The only problem was I was confused at drop off. I was looking for a drop off station. Finally figured out to just park.

|Mar 2022I would appreciate having the availability of plugin the car over night. Winter in Fairbanks it's very cold; this was the first time I got a vehicle without the plug in wires.

|Sep 2023Waited forn15 minutes at the counter for someone to arrive and it was during regular business hours. Vehicle smelled so strongly of cigarettes and marijuana that I had to drive with all 4 windows down to keep from getting a headache. The last straw was that the vehicle had not been fueled up and topped off after the last rental. Won’t be renting from them again.

|Feb 2023Honestly the only complaint I have is the tires. I live here in Alaska and the tires was not made for winter here.

|Apr 2022If your flight to Fairbanks is late CALL if not your booking will be canceled like mine. They gave the car away but found me one. Also bring a copy of your car insurance so you don’t have to buy insurance (Fairbanks AK). This was not told when renting the car from Kayak

|Mar 2022Extremely high price. The vehicle had not been properly cleaned prior to picking it up. I arrived early for pick up and had I not asked I would have been charged for an entire extra day So I waited around for an hour. The person at the desk refused to do the walk around with me and made wanted me to document the damages prior to leaving. She said they didn’t have enough people to spare due to Covid but there were 3 people in the office and nobody else in the line.

|Aug 2023We didn’t get the vehicle from Avis in Fairbanks. We booked online and went in and then were told they didn’t have the suv we booked available for us even though it showed available still online. They didn’t have anything available we were told although several things were still showing available online. The only thing we were offered was a huge van. The man was very rude at Avis. We declined, our rental was canceled, we were not charged anything and we went to Budget where they were very helpful and we did get the suv we needed.

|Oct 2022Had no trouble picking up the rental or returning it. Loved the vehicle. Only thing better would have been if I had been explained about plugging in the vehicle during the cold. Had no experience and no idea what the cord in the back was far

|Oct 2022Easy access, small office, great selection of cars. I rented a 4x4 Ford Expedition that was perfect for what I needed, but the price was pretty high once all the fees and taxes were added.

|Oct 2022FBX is a pretty easy airport for rentals but I am glad this trip was in the fall…winter is terrible picking up a car that’s been sitting in snow, buried and cold.

|Aug 2022Receptionist was excellent. Speedy pickup and drop off. We opted for “ mystery vehicle” and was not disappointed. Would definitely use Avis in Fairbanks, Alaska again
