Was the worst customer service. Had a health related problem due to COVId and was not able to attend the trip nor weeding. Tried calling to get a refund and no help or want to resolve the issue.

The vehicle I reserved was not available when I went to pick it up. It was also impossible to reach a live person via phone. I sent an email and never received a response. I will say that they upgraded my vehicle though since the one I reserved was not available. That was a nice gesture.
