The staff at the Jacksonville location were very rude. Charged for prepaid fill up, without going over the disclosures. When I stated I wanted to decline, the woman stated, “ you don’t need to get confrontational.” She did not say anything about charging for gas. This is all after I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while she was on her phone and I was the only one there. Very disappointed. I will do whatever I have to to avoid ever using Payless again.

Be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes in the garage for your vehicle to be brought out, this is after waiting in the line at the counter inside.
