This company was misrepresented as being on-site at the rsw airport. They are not, and due to timing conflicts, other arrangements needed to be made. When calling to cancel, I was told they could not refund because the reservation was booked through priceline so I paid for a car I never touched. Will likely never use Payless or Kayak as a result of this experience.

Waiting 2 hours with a baby to pick up a pre-paid, reserved vehicle was a horrible test of patience.

Long wait at the counter even with a reservation. The spot to find the car was unclear and none of the garage staff were helpful.

Reserved full size SUV and they gave me a Ford Explorer stating that it was full size since technically it held 7. Not what I had reserved. Asked for bigger vehicle like minivan without 2nd row bench or Suburban and they didn't have any. Vehicle had only 1200 miles and transmission was already shot. Jerked and lagged when changing from drive to reverse to back in. Jerked when shifting from 1st to 2nd and was automatic.
