No car manual In vehicle. Did have to ask where the key drop box was as the sign did not give directions. Otherwise I enjoyed the Hertz rental.

Car was dirty, went to exchange it in Davenport location they said they couldn’t help me and turned me away. The hertz inside the moline airport was wonderful.

Office Staff were great. But no one to tell of imperfections of car. There was a loose floorboard that caught my shoe which caused a fall as I was getting out. Previous smoker in car left a broken cigarette in the seat. Ding in the windshield. No one around to tell these details.
