The phone message for Chicago midway indicated the location was open until 2 am . It in fact closed at 8 pm. I had to take an Uber back and forth topickup the car. How lazy and careless is management to not update their phone message. Be careful of this company.

Pros:Got a nice car

Cons:Waited for over 45 minutes to get our car when we landed at midway airport. When dropping off, no one greeted us, so I had no idea that I was supposed to just leave the keys and go. The drop off point needs better visual instructions if no one is going to be there

Pros:Too hard to change payment methods or change drop off date. Not customer friendly at all..

Cons:Customer experience. We need to be able to change payment methods and drop off dates.

Cons:The car they sent us to lot for was not there. Took long time to find us an alternate car. Delayed our trip 1/2 an hour.

My flight got in late and the Hertz office at Midwsy was already closed. Even though it was nobody's fault and I had go rent a more expensive car from another provider, Priceline-Kayak refused to give us a refund...totally unreasonable!?
