Pros:They had the best price compared to other companies for a one-way rental. I was able to choose from 4 different vehicles, and the Nissan Sentra I chose was awesome.
Cons:The pickup experience was lacking, as there weren’t enough people working and the employees seemed frustrated.
They wanted $400.00 deposit and they don't use debit cards for intown rentals. You can only use debit card for flying. You must have an major credit card to rent a car, horrible had to go all the way back home to get credit card
I liked size and comfortable sitting space. What could have been better is when you clean the carpet in the car it had a sour/unpleasant smell.
Interior was kind of gross. French fry in carpet & back seat upholstery full of what looked like smashed in play dough
Great, we were upgrade at no cost due to a faulty Apple AirPlay in the first SUV we chose. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!!
