I like most the cleanliness of the car.

Terrible I did not receive the car due to unexpected reason related with my driven license. All other rental car companies offered me a car. In addition, three times I asked them if I will be charged, the answer was clear received from them: No sire , you cannot be charged. I was charged accordingly without any pre-notice. The worse services that I have ever received and I am a bossiness traveller from 16 years. Shame on them. My company will get in contact with them. I will not recommend at all this Fox company. No more comment. I am still negatively surprised of their atitude.

TPA has a train from the car rental area to the terminal but Easirent is off property so you need to take a shuttle to/from the train stop. The check in was slow. Two people working for a crowded waiting area. The car needed a wash but more importantly it smelled like a mix of pee and smoke. It only had ~8k miles so it wasn’t old but it smelled. The price was right but I wouldn’t rent from them again.

Their support is non-existent. Just pay the little extra to go with a bigger brand and avoid this one.

Easirent was not at airport. It’s halfway across Austin. I abandoned the car pickup and got an UBER to our airBnB instead. When I went to pick up the car later on my second Uber I found it in an industrial park area, which wasn’t terribly concerning, but it had a couple red flags. Just not a place I would want to bring my family. Finally when I arrived the scene was utter chaos. I saw an employee walking around looking for a car clicking the key unlock to locate it while dozens of customers looked destitute and as frustrated as I was with the experience of not finding their car at the airport. As I walked inside I found a waiting area full of crying children and families waiting for cars and a line of the drivers about 8 deep with no one at the counter answering questions. It was then that the same employee from the parking lot walked back in and stepped behind the desk to continue what sounded like a frustrated conversation of a desperate customer to just take the quickest option to get a car and leave. After trying to ask the sole employee what the odds of getting my car in the next hour or two was I decided that I wasn’t prepared to do business with this company and ordered my return Uber to the airBnB and ordered a Turo car for the rest of our visit with a brilliant experience. Hugely disappointing overall. Would not recommend. Please avoid. I haven’t chased down the couple hundred of dollars that we lost on the reservation and not getting a car yet, but I’m not holding my breath.

Pick up and drop off we’re quick and easy. There were no surprise fees, paid in full online beforehand.

They are claiming I damaged the car, this is incorrect.

Charge of $14/day for your spouse to be able to drive. Wasn’t clear to me at booking and will likely come into play next car rental. That being said, the agents were excellent and car was great. Just a shock to see a 30% up charge at a time when you are stuck and have not alternate options.

Upon pickup I found the tank just above empty. When I mentioned it to the gate/checkout attendant he said he had listed it as such and I could return it empty. I did so and received a revised bill with a gas charge applied. I’ve applied for a refund but have to see that reversed. Brian

Very fast checkin process and checkout as well. The checkin clerk was very friendly. Good price for a one day rental including a different dropoff location

I didn't receive the car I originally reserved. The counter clerk said it had been damaged a few days before. Then the car I did get had a bad front tire that you could feel the wobble when driving.

While we had to catch a taxi from RSW to this office, the value and the service were well worth it!

The man behind the counter sold me a instance policy I did not need, be cause stupid me bout insurance on line, but he sead that would not cover the car?

didn't get to get my rental, flight showed up late and this Hertz was closing in 20 mins I tried to call multiple times to speak with a rep. but nobody picked up the phone. Lost my money and reservation

Long pick up line. All the cars were dirty and banged up. They overcharged us. Who can I talk to about that ???

Rented a pickup on which they had none to give me .

I really liked being able to choose which car I wanted in my category. Lines were short and the process of getting and dropping the car was especially efficient.

Quick check in from start to exiting the airport less the 20 mins . Return was easy and quick

The pickup process was really fast.

The car was beat up a little bit, but served our purpose. The experience with Thrifty was very good.
